Mark and Mabel Martin have an extended family that comes back to Friday Harbor each spring to nest in the Purple Martin apartment houses. They come with their sisters, uncles, cousins, aunts and grandparents each year to the same houses because Mr. Bubbles keeps the houses very clean. They are pretty messy when they are in the houses and always have branches and twigs hanging out of the holes. They are always losing things because there are so many people living in the houses.
